EXPECTATIONS
Practice will be MUCH harder this week. Expect to go home exhausted and wake up sore. Work hard and you will see
the progress and the pay off. We don't want to look exhausted half way through the game and have the other team run
circles around us. WE WANT TO DOMINATE!!
